How can I make a reservation?

Is there a transfer or taxi service?
No. From Reception you can call a taxi service.
On the day of departure can I stay at the campsite once the plot or accommodation has been vacated?
Yes, after vacating your accommodation / plot and parking your vehicle outside the camping facilities, you can continue to enjoy our services. You must leave the premises before 8pm.
Are pets allowed?
In the parcels pets are allowed, except for breeds considered dangerous. The animal must have the documentation in order and must always be tied.
We ask the owners to help keep the campsite clean. Please, in case your pet does your needs inside the enclosure, collect the excrement. If you leave your pet tied and alone on the plot, make sure you have shade to protect yourself from the sun and that you have water to hydrate yourself. The coexistence between clients and pets is essential in our campsite; try not to bother neighbors.

Is there a time of arrival at the campsite?
The reception is open 24 hours.
. For parcel reservations, if you come to camp (with or without prior reservation), you have to settle in your plot before 24 hours to avoid disturbing your neighbors.
. For accommodation bookings (bungalows, mobile homes, glamping and rooms), the entrance is from 2pm. If they arrive after 00 h, they will be given the key to their accommodation and they will have to spend the next morning by reception to proceed to check-in.
Can I extend my stay in the accommodation for a few hours on the day of departure?
Prior consultation and request to Reception and in case of availability, it is possible paying the fee corresponding to the “late check-out”.
Can I receive visitors during my stay? Do you have a cost?
Yes, you can receive visits. At the time of entry must be accompanied by one of the occupants of the plot / accommodation.
All visits to families that are housed in plots are subject to fees (check in Reception).
In the case of accommodations, the number of visits that exceed the maximum capacity of your accommodation is subject to a fee.
How much do I pay with the reservation?
At the time of making the reservation will proceed to the charge on your credit card of 30% of the total amount of your stay as deposit / reservation.
What is online check-in?
Once your reservation is made, you will receive it at 24h. a confirmation and a form attached. By filling out and sending the form with all your data and those of your companions, you will avoid long queues on the day of your arrival and will speed up the check-in process considerably.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Any cancellation made after the deposit is charged, will result in the total loss of the requested deposit.
The cancellation made by the user within ten days prior to the arrival date gives rise to the following penalties:
a) Collection of 50% of the total price of the stay in all cases.
b) When the cancellation occurs 48 hours or less, before the day of arrival, the penalty will be 100%.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND PLOTS
Can I reserve a plot for the whole season?
No. It is not possible to make a seasonal contract.
Is there shadow on the plots?
Despite having many trees throughout the campsite, we can not guarantee the shade. At the time of check-in, you can ask if there is availability.
Is there electricity and water in the plots?
All plots have electricity (included in the price of the plot).
In the area of plots there are nearby sources of drinking water.
LEISURE AND SERVICES
Will I find an ATM inside the premises?
No, we do not have ATM in the Camping.
Is there laundry service at the campsite?
There are washing machines and dryers that work with coins. They are located next to the central toilets. Any other service must be commented with Reception.
